2. Items offered are brand new and in good condition, unless stated otherwise.

5. Item availability runs on a first pay first serve basis.

7. No back-outs once order has been verified. We do not tolerate deadbeat/back-out buyers and hence you'll be blacklisted if such incident occurs.

8. Reservation on item(s) is only valid for 1 day. Item(s) will be released once time is up and if payment has not been made. We want to be fair to other buyers as well.

9. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made. Buyers are to bear all shipping charges (Refer to postage rates)

10. Payment is to be made within 24 hours of placing order via CIMB bank account.

11. We do not issue any exchange or refunds, as we will check item(s) thoroughly before shipping it out. Incorrect sizing will not fall under return policy.

12. Kindly take note that Abraqedabra will not be held responsible for lost parcels during postage.

13. In case of last minute cancellations, no refunds will be done.

14. Sold out items are sometimes restockable. Do drop us an email if there is something that dazzles you, and we might just be able to restock it for you. :)

15. For restocks, buyers are to make full payment first in order for us to secure the item for you and to avoid back-outs after confirmation. If we are not able to restock, we will refund your payment, so don't worry.

16. Kindly take note that the colour of items being sold might vary slightly in picture and in real due to lighting and camera flash.

17. Unfortunately, we do not provide Cash-On-Delivery (C.O.D) services at the moment. Buyers who wish to meet-up are needed to make full payment first.
